Ranger Jet Center has just recently begun
the next phase of development, the
construction of hangars 5, 6 and 7. This
will include over 12,600 square feet of
office space and over 36,000 square feet of
hangar space. Due to very high demand at
Ranger, the process of planning and
permitting has begun for hangar 9, which
will consist of 18,000 square feet of new
hangar space and hangar 4, which will
include 12,000 square feet of hangar and
2,000 square feet of office space.
Ranger Jet Center has also started pre-sales
for its 60,000 square-foot Corporate
Business Center / Executive Terminal, which
is designed to house corporate offices;
multiple
office tenants; technically
 advanced
conference rooms; deluxe pilot facilities; a
gift shop; and a full-service restaurant.
Once the entire project is complete, Ranger
Jet Center's build-out plan will encompass
more than 200,000 square feet of aircraft
hangars and professional office facilities.
